First Friday Fun Race

Friday afternoon, Daniele decided she wanted to sail Friday Fun Race.  Actually, she wanted to go to the boat, I felt we would go do the race and sleep out at anchor.  We got a BBQ chicken from IGA.  Jimmy said he wanted to join us but never called.

Daniele helmed and we came in 12th out of 18.  Saw John McGuiness from PCYC aboard a C&C 27

Winds were too strong for anchoring so we came back to the dock for a rocky night with a north wind pushing us against the dock.

Daniele docked the boat after a missed approach, she reversed and came in compensating for the north wind perfectly.
