Departing Ashbridges to Port Credit - NOT

Got up, it was cool.  Today is Wednesday and we were going to leave ABYC after getting the engine air filter from Eastern Marine.  We discovered a bakery - Brick Street Bread on queen street and had turnovers and coffee.  Did some banking at the TD across the street.

Got Seafoam at Canadian Tire. Groceries at Loblaws on Leslie Street.

Installed the air filter, and did not use the Seafoam.

Had a chicken salad lunch and made a hasty departure at 2:30 PM.  Winds were from the northwest, which meant going out around Toronto harbour and tacking into Port Credit.

We misjudged the tack angles and came back to Toronto Harbour west. Maybe we should have motored through the harbour since we paid the $20 harbour visitor license.

We gave up on Port Credit, opting for an anchorage at Mimico at Etobicoke Yacht Club.

Opened a bottle of Clicquot followed by Italian sausages and a Grand Corona Cabinet Sauvignon.
