After the presentation, I reorganized winter frame stuff, took down the main sail myself, and then dreaded cleaning the dinghy. She was pretty bad and, to make matters worse, I had only used the dinghy about ten minutes this year. After that, I decided to take her out for what is likely a last sail of the season.
I had booked the haul-out for Wednesday, November 28, since I was planning to go to Antiqua to survey Peacekeeper. That got cancelled. I might have liked to keep the boat in the water since the weather was looking nice.
I departed at 1:50, sailed close-hauled to Pointe Claire, and gybed back to the club at 4PM for a final pump-out and to dock the boat.
