Last FFR with Shelley, Karen, Peter and Carole

T;s the last Friday Fun Race of the season.

Shelley showed up then Karen and Peter was walking to the dock with his wife.  I invited her to join us.  She accepted.

There were only four boats Airway, Slow Dancer II and us and Globy arrived late - one start.  One long triangle.  Marks were far and a little hard to find.  Carole surprised me in that she had raced in a past life.

We did well, but came in a second.  We had several sailing handling issues with an inexperienced crew - especially with releasing and removing the winch handle that caused us to move from first to last at the windward mark.

Nice evening.  Nice sail back with drinks and chips.
